If you paid through an online payment method, the refund will be processed to the same account you used at the time of purchase. Refunds generally take seven to ten working days to appear, although the exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 60 mints of purchase. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you will still have the option to request a return after receiving the product, provided the conditions of this policy are met.
